John Troiano is the Principal and Owner of JPT Consulting, LLC, a firm specializing in fraud operations, strategy, and vendor risk management. With more than 30 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, John has led large U.S. bank fraud prevention and investigation teams, operational risk programs, and enterprise vendor risk initiatives.
A former police officer and U.S. Army veteran, John brings a disciplined, investigative approach to problem-solving and regulatory remediation. Through JPT Consulting, he supports financial and legal clients with program design, risk assessments, and expert consulting on large-scale fraud cases.
